Terms of Use

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, Seaside Condominium Rana Chatan has established the following regulations in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation. We kindly ask all guests to observe the following regulations.

If a guest fails to comply with these regulations, Rana Chatan may, in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation, refuse accommodation to the guest or deny the use of its facilities.

Please understand that the hotel shall not be liable for any accidents arising from a guest’s failure to comply with these regulations.

  1. Please note that all guest rooms, balconies, and public areas on the premises are non-smoking.
    *Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area.
  2. Please be mindful of noise to avoid disturbing residents in the surrounding area.
  3. To ensure safety, children must be under parental supervision at all times.

  4. Please note that the following items must not be brought onto the premises, as they may cause nuisance or harm to other guests.

    • (1) Animals and birds, with the exception of service dogs. (Guests wishing to stay with a service dog must notify the hotel at the time of reservation.)
    • (2) Explosives, volatile oils, or other ignitable or inflammable materials
    • (3) Any items with unpleasant odors or strong residual smells, including incense and aromatic oils.
    • (4) Any items that are excessively large in size or quantity beyond what is commonly considered appropriate.
    • (5) Any items that are illegal to possess, including firearms, bladed weapons, and drugs.
    • (6) Any equipment that produces excessive noise, including karaoke machines and DJ equipment.
  5. Guest rooms must not be used for purposes other than accommodation.
  6. Guests are responsible for taking care of their cash and other valuables during their stay. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or accidents involving guests’ valuables.
  7. The hotel shall not be liable for any accidents, loss, theft, or fire occurring in the hotel car park.
  8. In the event of loss of a room key, the guest shall be liable to pay the fee set by the hotel.
  9. Please do not engage in gambling or any other activities that may disturb public order and cause nuisance to others.
  10. Requests regarding facilities and items on the premises
    (1) They must be used only for their intended purposes.
    (2) They must not be removed from the premises.
    (3) They must not be relocated to another place or be altered.
  11. Guests shall be liable for compensating any defacement, damage, or loss of equipment and fixtures provided in the guest rooms.
