How to Check-in
Please use the check-in tablet provided at the hotel.
Guests are encouraged to complete pre-registration for an even smoother check-in.
Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive a "Guest Information Entry Request". Click the URL included in the email or short message and enter the required personal information.
Once you complete the pre-registration, you will receive a QR code required for check-in. Please have this QR code handy on your smartphone for check-in on the day of arrival.
Please use the check-in tablet provided on the first floor of the hotel. Simply hover the QR code over the check-in tablet to complete the check-in process. Please feel free to speak with one of our staff members if you have any trouble checking in.
After you complete the check-in, please collect your room key from the key vault. Each key is labeled with the room number. Please take good care of the key during your stay. You may also choose to leave the key with the front desk when you go out.
The check-out process is simple and hassle-free.
We ensure a smooth check-out process even during busy morning hours.
Please drop off the room key at either the front desk or the designated key drop-off box no later than our check-out time (10:00). No further action is required. If you wish to use our luggage storage service, please speak with one of our staff members.
