Cancellation fees are as follows:
Day of scheduled check-in: 100% of full charges
Day before scheduled check-in : 100% of full charges
3 to 7 days before scheduled check-in: 100% of full charges

Yes, you can.
However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.
Late check-out fees (Regular check-out time is 10:00):
1 hour (Until 11am): 1,500yen per room
2 hours (Until 12pm): 3,000yen per room
3 hour (Until 1pm): 4,500yen per room
*Please note that check-outs after 1pm will incur an additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

All areas withing the hotel building are non-smoking.
We have a designated on-site smoking area next to the parking lot No. 17.

No, we don’t offer pick-up and drop-off services.

Yes, we have an on-site carpark. (17 parking spaces / first-come, first-served basis) If our parking lot is full, we will direct you to an alternative parking lot nearby.

Yes, the carpark is open all day.

Children aged 6 and younger may share a bed with a parent free of charge. A charge will apply for children aged 7 and older.

Yes, you can. Our luggage storage service is available until 6pm.

No, rooms will not be cleaned unless otherwise requested. (housekeeping service fee will apply)
Housekeeping service will be provided for long-term stays of more than 14 days.
Post-check-out cleaning fee is included in the charge.

Sheets and towels will not be replaced during your stay, but they can be replaced upon request for an additional charge.
*Washing machines and dryers are available on-site.

Guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Guests under the age of 20 may not stay without an accompanying adult.
However, they are welcome to stay if accompanied by at least one responsible adult aged 20 or older.
